OUTSIDE

5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" along the 8 1/2" side

INSIDE

5 1/2" x 4 3/4" scored along 4 3/4" at 1/2" and 4 1/2"

Glue inside piece on the left and right sides of the card.
